Looks like a set of stolen ideas (just my first sense): Original head looks like WR's Sparrowhawk set. Alt head looks like Lina's head with yellow flower. Cloak looks like cloak from WR's Featherswing set. Shoulders and quiver just have a different colour (Featherfall set). Bow just like a Rainmaker with feathers.
I dont see creative items at all, sorry mb.

Overall I would buy this set day one just because the blue is something new on a great hero, hopefully the powershot would be the same blue color. Maybe just improve that bow into something smaller, more realistic and unique. The hat is almost a repeat, but the alternate hair with the flower looks great. That should definitely carry the theme.
