someone can explain me how to install this mod on a dedicated server ?

EDIT: Someone may wonder why the author does not put the link to his own damn guide on the description page ...

ORIGINAL POST:
1) enable workshop, if you haven't already;
2) add mod ID (667288497) to "game_install_dir/insurgency/subscribed_file_ids.txt";
3) add a new line stating "mp_theater_override theater_thearmoryexpanded8p_default" to the appropriate server_*.cfg file, eg. for checkpoint to "game_install_dir/insurgency/cfg/server_checkpoint.cfg".

Anyway, the mod developer seems to have shut down the old site while bringing up a new one:

How exactly do we setup the server config for this?
Do you have experience with LinuxGSM and modding?
