Dino and resource heat map? can we get one?

Can we get a map that shows where all the Dino's spawn? If I missed it, could someone drop a link?

i used the resource map but crystal seems to be very scarce for me so far looking

Crystal doesn't look like typical crystal on this map, it's a lot like metal nodes but it has light blue veins that pulse.
