Report animation bugs.
I'm finally back and ready to try to get fix on the animations.
Please report in this topic what aliens have issues doing specific actions:

I've had issues with the vipers shooting some of the guns (not sure about others) like the starter guns and magnetic guns. Also when the viper plants a explosive on some missions where you need to destroy a facility. As well as the mutons head being inside him in the sky ranger. That's what I've seen so far but I'll report anymore animation glitches I see. (By the way, thanks for deciding to fix the animations, I realy appreciate that. Best of luck):steamhappy:

Please also note that maclimes is working on many animations, so you can coordinate with him.

If possible, please work on the viper weapon fire animations first. Maclimes has learned that these are stored on the weapon, and they don't include motions for the tongue "bone". I think you will need to make copies of the three human weapons (assault rifle, magnetic and beam variants), and attach the fixed animations to those. I can add them into the mod easily.

BTW, if you can figure out how to get to the skyranger animations at all, that will be awesome. Maclimes has spent hours, and we can't see where these animations are at all.

I actally have no idea of how to do any of that stuff. I'm just a gamer who enjoys games with mods. But I'll still try to help in anyway I can to fix bugs.

When we change the sexes of the viper we lost all the animation and I can't reselect female again. Maybe lock that selection so we can't change the sexes.

As mentioned, the viper when in the skyranger. Also when they're shooting their faces also seem to derp out that way too. Also when collecting Loot i found.

also: Mutons cannot be rotated in the soldier viewer window. this prevents me from selecting their right side abilities which look to be better then the left ones.

the muton, viper, and beserker glitch out on the sky ranger to the point that the game freezes for moments.
Muton twitches out
Beserker head stretches
Viper face disappears

Mine isn't really an animation bug just.... well a bug. I got a ranger with the body of a MEC
