Problem when catapult launching plane - Speed drops to 0 after leaving catapult

I'm having a problem when using the catapult to launch plane. After the salute, and with my plane at 100% throttle, the catapult propels my plane forward. Immediately after my plane leaves the catapult/flight deck, the speed drops to 0, and my plane just plummets into the ocean and explodes.

Anyone able to solve this?

When you're using the F/A-18E/F beta, make sure to not apply the parking brake.
