it works yes but i dont think S.E. Items are supported yet.

it works for my server in scorched earth but: all characters loose recipices of e.g electronics and polymeer. you can learn them again but you cannot build them anymore in the fabricator as long as this mod is active. The buildings-engram is not shown in the fabricators inventory for electronics and polymer.

You have to build a new fabricator, then you'll notice that the new fabricators can make the new, modded electronics and polymer. This is mainly because the new raw resources are modded, and the pre-mod crafting stations have a hard time processing modded resources.
