Questions about the feasibility of further changes
I'm really enjoying this Mod so far, and making the Defense Matrix useful as a 'long-term' investment was an excellent touch.

In my last campaign, (I get a lot of injuries) sacrificing a 'B-Team' Sgt. to take Rookies out on a month of raids felt like a genuine sacrifice/gamble, which added nicely to the tension. So, thank you.

Later though, I had so many Sgt's in reserve that it lost that real worry/buzz, and it got me wondering...

1. I've tweaked the .ini file to increase the odds of injuries (from 5% to 15%, though I may raise it much higher). Is it possible to add a small chance of death? - I'd definitely enable that if there was.

2. Looking at the .ini, I'm guessing everything is 'done' when the Training-time target is reached - I haven't actually tested it, but I'd be willing to bet that if you cancelled a training run the day before it was due to finish, no one would get injured or gain experience. - Is there a way to use whatever 'coding magic' science research uses, so that partial completion could be measured; so that partial experience/injuries could be doled out?

3. I can see in the .ini the values that decide which rank of soldier can conduct the training, and what the max-ranks are that can be reached through training, but I'm wondering if it would be possible/impossible to code a more elaborate scenario - For example, Sgt's could train up to Corp. rank, but it would take Capt.+ to train up to Lieutenant?

4. Now that the 'Squad Cohesion' Mod is a thing... This mod gives out kills behind the scenes to facilitate XP gain. - Would it be possible to add a series of 'dice-rolls', that awarded a (reduced) amount of 'Cohesion points' to reflect the time spent together on raids? - I know your hands are pretty full, looking for Mod conflicts already, so please treat this and all of the above as idle wish-list material... ;)

In short, I'm really enjoying the added-dimension your Mods are bringing to the game (and I look forward to adding 'Start Your Own Missions' to my next campaign), so thanks for all your efforts so far - Firaxis are missing out on a DLC coder ;)
