Cant see what the AI commander owns

ai commander will not spawn in reinforcements

Setting factions from content DLC.

Lets answer this once and for all(saving)

Custom Orbat Factions aren't seen or used by commanders

So far any faction made with the system does seem to work with commanders even when the necessary units and groups are made or spawned but the commander doesn't use them or show up in the commander tablet
