RHSUSAF Arty and Alive

Has anyone been able to get the RHSUSAF HIMARS (rhsusf_m142_usarmy_wd) artillery to work using Alive combat support? I see the the asset, but cant use it

Its been broken for years. Even the option for mobile artillery to move into position is gone.
