API Compat

I have this current error "Plugin failed to load: Api version is not compatible: 19 (minimum: 21, current: 22)

Any idea how to fix this? All help is apprieciated.

Use the Teamspeak 3.1 compatible plugin.

I tried fixing it but the ts3plugin.exe doesn't work for me.. :( how would I install this otherwise?

It's not a exe. It's a zip archive. You can open it with 7z or just rename it to .zip if you want to install manually.
