In Boss Challenge mode, if a player is Comando and is selected as the Patriarch, all the players will be granted the Callout skill and see the Patriarch in red when he should be invisible.

I think Patriarch player is still known as a normal player and then skills are applied like it normally does.
Something making me think abouth that is that Patriarch also has the DEFEAT screen when he wins, like all other normal players.
