Report any bugs or glitches here.
Known issues:
X Script errors if not using WSE during scene switch (Solution: Use WSE!) however it shouldn't cause any actual issues other than annoying script errors per scene switch if you intend on only playing single player and don't mind the error messages, feel free to keep at it. (This can be fixed, If I was allowed to assist)

X Floris_Evolved may show an incorrect module name if you download it from the workshop, please move it to the Module folder of your warband installation and name it "Floris_Evolved" you should now be able to properly join any Floris_Evolved server.

X Player faction troops are none existant (You can however opt in for other faction units when recruiting, this issue is unlikely to affect you!), this is NOT a bug, this is intended because player faction troops would take a long time to implement into multiplayer.

X Textures are all white and i'm using a mac!
Solution: Download the mod from Moddb or Nexusmods, Steam Workshop misses files when downloading from Macs.

X Steam Overlay dosen't work with WSELoader.exe or Floris_Evolved.exe
Solution: http://pastebin.com/raw/4Defnd1s )

Note: TweakMB has limited support but you can change party sizes for bigger battles without issue, use Floris Expanded Profile when editing, or apporpiate profile depending on troop trees chosen during new character.

Nexusmods: http://www.nexusmods.com/mbwarband/mods/6019/
Moddb: http://www.moddb.com/mods/floris-evolved

Since you are in a mac I recommend you download the 1.1 version then the 1.6 patch, because the installer version only works in Windows.

This is an issue on Linux as well, and the mod is unplayable. Downloading from Nexusmods / Moddb did not fix it.

Are you certain of this?
Delete the following files inside the Floris_Evolved module: postFX.fx, mb.fx, fxh (if exists)
, fxh.configuration (if exists)
Deleting those will remove some of the graphical enhancements and might resolve your issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Yes, from Moddb. Downloaded and patched.

The patch has a file fxc.exe not sure what that is for but .exe files do not work on Mac or Linux.

Also the mod's Warband Script Enhancer seems to rely on at least 3 .exe files...

Thanks but it did not work somehow.

I copied Floris_Explored folder after extracting the 1.6 patch to my Modules folder. The game crashes while initializing during the "Processing INI file" stage.

For me the game runs but the ground textures were still missing.
fxc.exe is part of the graphical enhancements and isn't necessary to keep but its kept for reference reasons.

Warband Script Enhancer relies on all the files inside its directory including the mb_warband_old.exe file and the rest of the files in the root directory, when its launched it'll try to look for the root directory, if succesful it'll launch correctly.

If not, you may have to move it and all its files to the root directory of warband.

Try deleting Delete the following files inside the Floris_Evolved module: postFX.fx, mb.fx, fxh (if exists)
, fxh.configuration (if exists)

Just be aware that deleting those files will remove some of the graphical enhancements in the mod, and as a result I recommend you back them up before deleting incase it dosen't resolve the issue.

Two strange bugs I've encountered: The first one was when I tried switching commander because I was wounded then had my game crash because of an alt-tab and when I reloaded my save my character was duped with the companion I had set as my commander. My save file name was replaced with my companion, my apperance, character name, and inventory were my comanions, but my companion still existed.

The second weird bug I've encountered a few times so far is after I finish a fight and return to the map screen my entire army is wounded, despite nobody actually dieing in combat. I think it might correlate with when my character gets wounded as well.

Edit: yep, just got wounded in battle again. After the fight was over every single unit in my army was wounded.

Edit: Did some savescumming. This is 100% repeatable. Every single time I die in combat my entire army is wounded.

same here

in addition: if i go to balanli (near tevarin castle) my game chrashes
is this because it has to much new stuff in there and if yes, which castles/villages are overpacked with new buildings and stuff like in balanli - dont want to chrash my game again...
Lower your texture detail in the Warband Launcher it'll most likely solve your crashing issues at scene changes if your GPU can't handle it.

My hardware specs are more than enough for Warband and any mods (you can see them on my profile, Quad core i7 w/ HTing, 16 GB RAM, GTX 770, etc). I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.03 LTS.

MB Warband itself works fine, other mods work too even Gekokujo which is a total conversation.
I may have a solution for this, wait a couple of days and i'll give you resources to download and you see if it solves it, alrght?

Okay.

Steam Library, go to Mount and Blade: Warband.
Right click it, go down to properties, then go to local files.
Browse local files, and you will see lots of files. Click on MBWLauncher, and you will see the configuring screen.
Pick the mod from there and launch it.

See if that solution works for you meanwhile.

I have lowered them to 96% now
All texture Details (for trees,faces,...) are in the less level at the Moment
But that my game chrahed is not a New thing for me
My question is if you have changed more villages so hugely like balanli near tevarin castle

There is no such file as "MBWLauncher" with the Linux version. There's mb_warband_linux which launches the game, and mbw_config_linux which is supposed to run the config tool that allows you to choose mods.

However, that configuration tool has never worked for me. I think it is an issue with the Linux version of Warband.

Because of that, the only way I am able to run mods is by putting the mod in the Modules folder and changing the name of it to "Native" while I have the actual Native folder renamed to "original Native".
That's most likely what is causing the white texture issues, some mods grab data from the Native folder so that they remain smaller in size (such as textures for the ground for example)...

See if this solution solves the issue for you:
Open up the terminal and switch directory to the warband directory (do it correctly) copy and paste the code below
echo "Floris_Evolved" > ~/.mbwarband/last_module_warband

and it'll set Floris_Evolved Module folder as last mod played, and when you launch it it'll launch Floris_Evolved Module (If folder exists)
Floris_Evolved must exist in the Modules folder.

EDIT: Make sure you switch back the real "Native" back to "Native" name unaltered so Floris_Evolved can grab some of the ground textures from it!

Thanks. Setting Floris to the last mod played works and it launches Floris. So at least now I can keep Native and the other mod folders in Modules and switch between them using the terminal.

But unfortunately it didn't help much, the ground is still white. Although it's not completely white like before, but still unplayable: (EDIT: acutally it is the same as before but this time I started in Nord and the other screenshot is Rhodok start)

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=595717809

Notice even the tree trunks and the NPC's beard are white too (that was the case before as well)

Download this read the README.txt inside, follow instructions and report back in.

Also if that above solution dosen't work, try using my rgl_config.txt, copy the content in it and paste it on top of the content of your rgl_config.txt (Pixel shaders being disabled can cause issues with textures, overall I highly recommend you try this out if the above solution does not work)
http://pastebin.com/raw/23Nxjtxw
As usual, backup before you overwrite.

My rgl_config.txt was found in: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband
I do not know where Linux would store it, good hunting!

If neither of those solutions work I'll grab another possible solution, this is a trial and error issue and the more falses, the easier it'll be to resolve.

Third possible solution:
Download this: www.extragaming.club/games/Nativetblinuxmac.rar
Put it in the Module folder after renaming your Native folder or moving it out.

Another thing, make sure your game is running in directx 9 mod and not directx 7 mod.

Im off for a while, i'll reply when im back.

That didn't work either. And the game uses OpenGL on Linux. DirectX is Windows only.

It seems the only solution to play your mod is to run the Windows version of Warband with WINE and I'm not interested in doing that. Thanks for trying to help, but I think I'll just stick with what works for now.
Roger that, I'll be sure to let you know if I think of more solutions, thanks a lot for the testing!

if you start you own kingdom and capture a castle, the garrison starts out with right amount but in a few minutes the garrison is empty,

Floris Expanded has a horrible stutter when you have about 150+ men on each side in a battle. I've tried it both on my laptop and stationary rigg, same exact stutter that dissipates when units die off. Have you addressed this?

Strange Co OP shield bug.

Ok so some companions don't have their shield when they enter a co op battle. It doesn't matter if the host or other other players play the companion, or if anybody plays him at all. The companion doesn't have his shield in the map.

If active inv is enabled the shield will vanish forever out of the companion's inv. The companion can pick up other shields of the battle field, but can't bring his own. If active invotory is disabled he will have his shield back after the battle.

If I do a single player battle, the companion has his shield like normal.

This bug doesn't seem to affect any other weapons or armor, just shields.

PS. thank you so much for making this mod . I thought i was done with warband, but then i saw a co op mod, and figured i could give it 30 more hours of my life. :)

Copy all the textures from the core install folder (in my case: steamapps/common/MountBlade Warband/Textures) and paste them in to the texture folder on Floris_Evolved file you're using. Also make sure you have "scan_module_textures = 1" in your config (module.ini) this should be on by default, if its not on, turn it on.

If that dosen't work, try moving the Textures to your Native folder as well, so you have it in both your Floris & Native folders, then see how it goes.

Report back in when you are done.

So, before anything, i'm using WSE, i went into a battle, and changed commander, (because auto-resolve sucks) And then, for some reason, i lost all my inventory, and my companion's inventory was duplicated and set as mine, so now we both have the same useless crap, and i've lost my donkey, is this normal?
