However, ground textures are all white on mac. Can you please suggest any workaround?
Nexusmods: http://www.nexusmods.com/mbwarband/mods/6019/
Moddb: http://www.moddb.com/mods/floris-evolved
Since you are in a mac I recommend you download the 1.1 version then the 1.6 patch, because the installer version only works in Windows.
I copied Floris_Explored folder after extracting the 1.6 patch to my Modules folder. The game crashes while initializing during the "Processing INI file" stage.
I then extracted Floris_Explored once again but did not apply the patch this time. The game starts up but it's just the Floris Expanded obviously.
Do I need to edit a file or was there something wrong with my process? I will try to subscribe via Steam again and extract the Floris_Explored folder I downloaded earlier on top of it, without overwriting duplicate files. Hopefully it will install the files missed out when installing via steam.
Launch the mod once more and copy the content of your: "rgl_log.txt" in your warband root directory.
Then upload the content to www.pastebin.com
I'll take a look at it so I can see where it crashes exactly.
Also I suggest you Verify intergity of game cache files by right clicking mount & blade: warband in steam library > properties > Local Files > Verify intergity of game cache files
As far as I'm aware you don't have to edit any file, but try launching it with WSELoader.exe and see if it functions, if it does not you may forced to play it without WSELoader.exe which will give you a couple of error messages every now and then, and you wouldn't be able to play co-op or mp without the WSELoader.exe.
Also, try reducing texture detail and check "Load texture on demand" see if that works.
Edit: When I try to load the save with WSE it says "Incomp. File Ver.!"
There is no solution to your issue other than loading the save with what you overwrite it with, in this case without WSE.
I recommend starting a new game with WSE.
The second weird bug I've encountered a few times so far is after I finish a fight and return to the map screen my entire army is wounded, despite nobody actually dieing in combat. I think it might correlate with when my character gets wounded as well.
Edit: yep, just got wounded in battle again. After the fight was over every single unit in my army was wounded.
Edit: Did some savescumming. This is 100% repeatable. Every single time I die in combat my entire army is wounded.
same here
in addition: if i go to balanli (near tevarin castle) my game chrashes
is this because it has to much new stuff in there and if yes, which castles/villages are overpacked with new buildings and stuff like in balanli - dont want to chrash my game again...
Did you download Version 1.1 then patched it to 1.6 from Moddb or Nexus?
