Can't train a Leader

For some reason I can't select a soldier to train as a leader, all I get for the options in the GTS is training rookies.
And yes i have the upgrade.

This training does not show in mine either. Pleas elet me know what I need to do to get htis to work, for it seems like an awesome pack!

Never mind, I finally figured it out when actually looking at ALL of the content of the GWS. Awesome stuff!

So it turns out I had to destroy the GTS then rebuild it for it to work.
