Cronyx adds mods by hand to the mod. It's not taking anything from the workshop itself. So it's more accurate to say that the list will never be complete.

If I managed to remove duplicates the mod count is 388 or so. That's ... insane. I've no idea how you have the patience for that. Glad you do.

PS -- I'll try to keep these updated as I can. We are SLAMMED at work. Code freeze next Thursday and every damn developer and his grandmother are trying to slam their code into my production environment. Worked 11 straight hours doing numerous installs today.

My friends claim I'm some kind of autist :P

But mainly I just zone out while doing it. I'll put together a new list of mods I want to add during a session of work, and I'll subscribe to them all, say anywhere between 10 to 30 more mods, and I'll add them all to a new world, and then load that world for the first time. That will force SE to download all the mods. Then I exit the world, go back to that world's mod list page, and "view in workshop" for each one, so I can get the Workshop ID number, alt tab to Search Everything (Void Tools), open in winrar, drag cubeblocks.sbc or blockcategories.sbc into UltraEdit (that's in the background on SID's "box art" image, behind Rick), and start copy/pasting into a new entry. I can just straight up copy/paste if the mod has a *complete* blockcategories.sbc, but if not, I kinda have to manufacture that data myself by picking through <typeid> strings in cubeblocks.sbc.

The process has kind of become... muscle memory at this point. After a while, you don't even see the code. You just see Blond, Blond, Burnette, Typeid, SubtypeID, String, etc etc. :P

I zone out and just grind it out, while watching Netflix or something on one of my other monitors.

I played around a little with automating the process, but it just isn't practical, given that a mod block's typeid doesn't always indicate what it is or does. For example, there's an aesthetic block in Shadowflux's Used Equipment that's an amature alcohol still, the kind you'd see on some rust bucket cargo hauler put together by the engineering crew without authorization. The flame it uses for the burner under the boiler is only there because its typeid is Thruster. It doesn't actually produce any thrust, but that was the only way Shadowflux could get the effect he wanted. If I automated that, it would wind up in "ALL Propulsion". There's an other mod that uses thrusters to make a laser door, like a security grid sorta thing. Because thrusters do damage, it was a perfect role for that typeid. Cause it's a door, it goes in "ALL Access", but automation would have stuck it in Propulsion. :)

Really it's a labor of love, and of pragmatism. I wanted to run a lot of mods, but all the blocks were hard to find, so I started doing this for myself, and then just decided to publish it. :)
