Just like title says, players spawn with no armor, which provides pretty frustrating gameplay.
Also, "mp_free_armor 1" command doesn't work (even after restart, yes).
Is there any way to launch this map with kevlar+helm on?

Just by googling it I've found out about "item_kevlar" command which spawns players with armor, but it should be done in map editor.
