Mortred amulet seems to work for me. I removed the corpse system a couple updates ago and with it, I changed Mortred Amulet to not require a nearby corpse for it to heal / grant mana. Now it grants considerably less, but is also more consistent.
Grim Magus's The Creature was one of the first abilities I made, so there are some bugs with him. The one you listed was a simple fix and has been done, previously the unit had a lifetime of 999, now it just lives until it is killed.

Re: Spirit Warrior buffs, I always thought that item that was supposed to give him a charge when used would have been enough of a buff if it had been fixed. I'd be curiousto know if he's still underpowered after that's implemented.
