DISABLED IN PASSIVE MODE

what does this mean? I've been trying to use my actives skills in this game but that error messages shows. also tried an active ultimate but still showing it. does anyone have idea?

Yeah same here. What I do is reinstall the game. Still can't find a better fix. I think it's a bug?
