Patch Notes v.31 - All dungeons scaling to lvl 100
  • Uncapped all the dungeon levels (scale to 100). No more over-leveling possible

This is some big change. You will be constantly pressured by having monsters that are at least of your level, meaning farming to over-level is no use anymore.
