Also in time factions will advance and you will be able to get guns and ammo at towns

They don't change faction names a box should pop up which says "Kingdom of Rhodoks has advanced to tech stage 2" You can change the rate of it in the camp men, btw when you make your own faction you also have to advance in tech so you have to invest florins a month or week to gain points to progress though the tech stages
