Yes, everything the mod offers is unlocked in both campaign modes. So you can play with all the new mod content – new races, new units, new mages, new lords, etc. And all balancing changes are applied in all modes of game play.
No, in that the mod does not break or disable portions of the campaign. All of the scripting is still intact, so you can play through the campaigns from start to finish. I've tested them both multiple times. However, if you notice any bugs, please let me know.
