Beat it didn't work.

I thought they meant in GEMTD, but I think you need it in a DOTA 2 Match. It's working now for me.

You kow what it just disappeared for me again after a game of dota 2 win...

GOTO:
SETTINGS(COG)/OPTIONS/ LANGUAGE/ SIMPLIFIED CHINESE.

RESTART DOTA2

Solution to Shop not showing after season reset:
- Rank in race or coop by playing a game
-Or type -ggsimida just before hero dies in race.
Typing -ggsimida is similar to typing -wtf,
Your hero will die and game will end
-For first 12 hours after reset, COOP "SUM UP ERROR" will occur and games will not count, to check if game will count, type -ggsimida and see if ranking is shown or sum up error is shown.


If quest is not rewarding:
-Try a different country server(South Africa didn't work for me but Stockholm and Western Europe did work)
- Game played within "Season sum up error" 12 hour period
