same here... after my 1st game of this month my skills suddenly dessapeared

100 shell = 6$

200 shell = 10$

500 shell + giff effect = 20$

effect = 10$

any skill = 5$

upskill = 3$ for each lvl

activate keys:

20 shell = 2$
100 shell = 6$
320 shell = 15$
500 shell = 20$ without effect!

I have a the same issue, thought it was because i played SkateMaster and got an extra slot but i think it's a bug from the Oct3 update

for everyone who lost their characters and skills I do a 50% discount. If admin again, let out a wry update, I then restore all data free to their buyers

because admin is not doing backups, if you asked us, we would restore everything for free because we care about our buyers.

This has nothing to do with backups. I suddenly lost 40 shells and instead found 2 useless heroes in my inventory I never bought. I recycled them and received only 4 shells for both!
How is it connected to backup?! People lost their skills they had for very long time, this is not backup issue. This is clearly a fraudulent attempt to force people to buy thee shells for money! I wonder how many people submitted formal complaint to steam support and what was their response.

ive lost 2 full heros (4 skills lvl4) and 180 shells bro... so sad

seems like game need to be tested)
