Octarine Windranger
Starter: Haste, Tango, Clarity/Mango x3
Midgame: Mystic Staff, Soul Booster for Octarine Core
Late: Octarine Core, Mjollnir
Situational: BoT
On spawn:
)Stout shield and Ring of Armor on Bear.
At starting phase:
)Finish Ring of Basilius, pass it to Druid and upgrade it into Vladmir.
)Phase boots on Lone Druid.
)Chainmail on Bear.
At this point, you'll have to build
)Two desolators.
One desolator goes to your Bear, and the second one upgrades to Lithe boots on Lone Druid.
At middle phase:
Consider two ways:
)Upgrade Chainmail into Medal of Courage and transfer it to Lone Druid. Use medal on your bear and your targets.
OR
)Upgrade Chainmail into Assault Cuirass on Bear.
At late phase:
)Assault Cuirass on Bear(if not afforded yet).
)Moonshard for Bear.
)Heart of Tarrasque on Bear.
)Finish Solar Crest(if you have Medal of Courage at this point).
Now you can push your way to the victory.
This build is based on maxing stats to have powerful illusions to take towers and farming early with Riptide. Can work solo mid with supporting boss fighter.
1) Begin with Stout Shield and Ring of Regen
2) Rush Poorman's Shield and then Soul Ring for mana
Now you should be able to farm while carefully microing illusions to tank and using your E to take last hits. You may need help with bosses.
3) Rush Heart of Tarrasque to stay alive during farming
4) Get Yasha for armor and damage
5) Rush Boots of Agility
6) Butterfly; Buy evasion first, because illusions do benefit from it
NOTE: If you have trouble living in steps 4 or 5 buy Amulet of Evasion earlier that game.
Your build should now be: Heart of Tarrasque, Poorman's Shield, Boots of Agility, Butterfly and Yasha.
7) Buy Manta Style
8) Sell Poorman's; Buy Assault Cuirass; Start with Platemail
9) Moon Shard
10) Consume shard; Choose one: King Rapier, Heart 2, War Fury. King for the end push, Heart 2 for if dying, War Fury for if losing.
This build will win easy with solo mid as long as you have help with boss fights. Strong for any team. While Siege and I agree stat items are weaker than DPS, Stats benefit illusions more which are the point of this build.
Buy at the beginning:
- Orb of venom.
- 2 slippers of agility.
- 1 clarity.
Skill for leveling: "Doppelganger".
Why Doppelganger?
- You'll need that skill to farm creeps faster. You're simply utilizing the fact that Orb of Venom works on illusions.
Now, your items:
- Build two slippers into a Poor man's shield(it works on illusions aswel).
- Get Power Treads in this order: Band of Elvenskin, Gloves of Haste, Boots of Speed.
- Get Morbid Mask.
- Upgrade Orb of Venom into Eye of Skadi.
- Get Divine Rapier.
- Upgrade Divine Rapier into a King Rapier.
- Get second King Rapier.
- Get as many Moonshards as possible.
Note:
- Do NOT build Morbid Mask into anything, unless you struck such late game you ate so much Moonshards you hit the attack speed limit.
- Do NOT upgrade Power Treads into Power boots\Boots of stats, because you need Divine rapier asap.
