Legions Q used to be overpowered, you could kite creeps to let them stack up and then one shot the waves. You were right to nerf the skill, But removing the damage per creep made that skill go from overpowered to not even worth skilling.
Legion is a solid hero, even without the Q, but she requiresa ton of farm to be useful
It's definitely still possible to carry with her, but she needs a lot of support to get strong.
The Q seriously needs to be buffed or replaced, even giving minor dmg per creep would make it worth skilling again
