Consider raising the regen from his invis. The backstab thing, well... he is a pvp hero, with pvp skills. Blink strike allows you ONE backstab, most of the time, but its not really enough.
W falls off after early farming (Not necessarily a bad thing) and is necessary for it. After level 2 you have to be careful to make sure you time it well to hit creeps. Cool, a skill cap.
E is wonderful.
Q seemed underwhelming because while the damage was pretty great, I had to level E first to keep it up and by the time it was maxed, I didn't see enough damage boost from it to clear. It was amazing versus bosses because of the pure damage. Dragon Javelins were 100% necessary.
My favorite part was the ultimate. It pretty much wiped any wave I used it on, even the 6666 health golems were pretty damaged. It was the main source of late power in his kit to the point that I think next time I play I should get a refresher orb. That cooldown is harsh.
Flesh heap is underwhelming. At 30 minutes I have perhaps 600 stacks and hit like a wet noodle.
Tranqs, Hood and Ring of Health might be nice for Pudge, although it is a lot of farm offsetting Heart and BF.
Now that I think about that self-damage thing, that must be why Slark's blink dagger fails sometimes.
I'm trademarking this.
