Top, definately. Mid is harsh, but since you shouldn't steal exp or gold from your carry, you'll need to leave him alone eventually. Second harsh lane is the top, so you'll be living there, with your other semi-carry\pusher\hard carry. At some point, bottom will need help dealing with creeps, so you'll leave your top lane to help bottom.

Supports are usually not connected to either lane. They are needed everywhere at the same time.. until carries can do everything solo. But I often find myself stuck to the top lane.
