It was there, but it worked on bosses, allowing killing them in a short matter of time. Until there is any way to prevent that - Iron Talon will never return.

I would likely have to build the item myself to get it to work how I want... I'm actually quite surprised that it works on Creep Heroes (which all bosses are classified as). I could reclassify them as Ancient creeps, but I'm worried about the repercussions of that (lots of abilities that work now might not work anymore on them).
