Custom Game Data Mismatch
"Custom game archive does not match the lobby leader's"

I've tried uninstall and install again, but can't get it fixed

Usually, thats Valve-side bug. But sometimes its possible to fix it by PROPER reinstall.
Did you reinstall it while Dota is running?

You need to close the game, unsubscribe from Horde mode, and then subscribe again. Only then, files will be redownloaded.

If that still doesn't help, you may need to fiddle a bit with game files, like removing stuff from:
Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\content\dota_addons\hoard_mode and Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota_addons\hoard_mode
