He is just pretty tanky+his 35% evasion aura. If you really want to beat him - your best bet would be picking Phantom Lancer.

Also, don't focus on just damage. Buy Tarrasque and Vlad's Cuirass.

Also, how can I edit this map and either scale down the Skelly or remove him?

It's clearly broken if you have to pick a certain hero.

Try using PL+Lich combo, for instance, and use more attack slows(Skadi+Shiva on Lich + level 25 talent).
As PL, its usually a good idea to spam attacks on friendly units to reaggro Skelly off yourself, and also keep the distance between you and him, since he'll always attack the closest unit.

We were finally able to beat him with PL and Pudge...and then subsequently went on to win the game. Thanks.

One thing we weren't aware of was the Goblin gold fairies at the radiant ancient area and the ogre that drops the rapier...we went in and start testing stuff with cheats and only then did we see those. Sure would be nice to have known about those 50 attempts ago.

What would be the easiest way to take this addon and edit parts of it to my liking? Would I have to open it up with GCFScape and edit the lua and then submit it via steam or could I save it and run it locally?

get enigma + scepter + refresher + heart + octarine core and cancer lancer + heart and just dmg ..gg ez

enigma can beat tiny boss. pl can beat all bose(not tiny and skeleton) with solo.
