Great idea

This is a really great idea. Thanks for making this. Do you think it's possible to exempt certain regions from the fertility reduction?

Thanks for the kind words! As for exempting regions, I haven't been able to find anything in the database that suggests you can. The only values you can really change with climate change is when it occurs, and a region's base fertility.
