I noticed that when I use the mod along side ET, no country (AI or player) is able to have colonists even after they spent monarch points on the colonist idea. I've deleted the idea group and rebought all the ideas and I still can't get the colonists. I even switched over to other nations just to check, and they didn't have them either (Portugal, Spain, France) I can't play the game without my beloved colonists. Please help.
