I. Building Issues:

- Roads Has No Modifier (Should Be: Friendly movement speed: +10%, And, Institution spread: +10%)
- Highway Has No Modifier (Should Be: Friendly movement speed: +25%, Institution spread: +20%, And, Replaces Road)
- Railroad Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Friendly movement speed: +40%, Institution spread: +30%, And, Province trade power: +25%)
- Mass Transit System Has Inocrrect Modifier (Should Be: Local tax modifier: +40%, And, Friendly movement speed: +10%)


These are seperated as they hold outdated values, you may have intentionally not changed them but as I have no confirmation of that I am including them as a issue.

- Courthouse Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: State maintenance -25%, And, Monthly autonomy change -0.10)
- Townhall Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: State maintenace -50%, And, Monthly autonomy change -0.20)
- Dock Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Local sailors modifer: +50%)
- Drydock Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Local sailors modifier: +100%, And, Replaces dock)
- Naval Arsenal Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Local sailors modifier: +200%, And, Replaces drydock)
- Shipyard Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Naval force limit +2, Local shipbuilding time -25%, And, Local ship repair +25%)
- Grand Shipyard Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Naval force limit +4, Local shipbuilding time -50%, Local ship repair +50%, And, Replaces shipyard)
- Naval Base Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Naval force limit +6, Local shipbuilding time -75%, Local ship repair +75%, And, Replaces Grand Shipyard)
- Glourious Monument Has Incorrect Modifer (Should Be: Local unrest -1)
- Church Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Local unrest -2, Local missionary strength +1%, And, Replaces glourious monument)
- Basilica Has Incorrect Modifier (Should Be: Local unrest -4, Local missionary strength +3%, And, Replaces church)


II. Idea Group Issues
-Second Idea In The Influence Idea Group Is Duplicated From Claim Fabrication +25% In Espionage
- Second Idea In The Influence Idea Group Is Bugged; Does Not Allow For It To Be Picked. Can Be Repeatedly Picked And Never Advance Idea Group.
- Second Idea In The Influence Idea Group Is Incorrect (Should Be: Yearly prestige: +.50, And, Chance of new heir: +25%


III. Colonization Issues
- Native American Clan Migration (+1 Colonist) Does Not Work
- Norse Religions Fund Colonist (+1 Colonist) Does not Work
- In Order To Obtain A Colonist Pre-1444 I Had To Cheat To The required For Exploration And Exspansion Ideas And Even Then I Required A Bonus Idea, Or decision To Receive A Single Colonist


IV. AI Issues
- Novogord Sells A Large Portion Of Itself To Its Neighbors
- AI Have Been Observed To Randomly Declare Wars Against A Much Stronger Enemy Without Allies.
