The primary difference between Dota2 and the other ARTS/MOBAs, or whatever you would like to call them, is that it cares a lot more about gameplay. We don't have Golden round golems being switched into car-like centaurs or elite snipers turned into roller derby queens, because each hero has a unique look and colour pallet to it to make them clearly recognizable. While this set looks amazing and has probably had a lot of work put into it, the set completely changes Dazzle's colour pallet.

When Valve originally said they were going to be allowing players to make content for the game, they also said that the creations will need to match in silouette and in terms of their colours. Even arcana's have stayed true to this, PA's maintaining her greens and blacks, Crystal maidens emphasizing her blues and ice, Lina's makes her fire more hot. The only exception to this rule is one to the silouette (Legion Commander's) and even that one isn't far off the mark.

Dazzle's primary colours are purple, pink and white. This set's colours seem to be black, a very pale pink, red, and white. The issue that I have is that at first glance it could look like a completely different hero simply because of the design choices mixed with the colour choices.

I know it is nitpicky, but the fact is that Dazzle's main colours do not jive with this model.

TL;DR
The emphasis placed on the colours black and red leaves this set unsure of what it should be. At this point in time, it looks like Dazzle had a love child with Bloodseeker.
