Ok, lets work on something more logical (not in a literal sense).

Look at other Engineer weapons: Wrenches (and that robot glove). Theme is clearly mechanical, with focus on a wrench. A crowbar does not fit in this theme.

Look at the spy. The spy is supposed to be subtle. A crowbar is about as subtle as a truck slamming into a china shop. No way the crowbar can go for that.

Look at the heavy. ALL of his melee weapons are gloves/fists. (Killing Gloves of Boxing, that bear fist thing, Gloves of Running Urgently... etc) Not once does he lift a melee weapon. It doesn't make sense to give him a melee weapon as it clashes with all his other weapons.

Soldier uses plenty of sharp edged melee weapons. So does the demoman. They can easily fit with a crowbar. Medic usually uses medical themed weapons, so a crowbar doesn't really fit in there. Sniper MAY be able to get away with the crowbar, but most of their weapons are styled on a "Machette/Kukiri" themed weapon. Pyro clearly is focused on Fire-Brigade styled weaponry, hence the large amount of axes at his/her disposal. A crowbar COULD fit in there. Scout... eh sure, seems reasonable.

There you go. There is logic for you all.

I don't think there even is an all-class weapon. Go inspect your spy loadout when you have an "all class" weapon in your backpack. Tell me if you can equip it to your spy. IF you can equip anything but your spy knives, ill shut up.

now this seems more like a promo item when HL3 or Half-life episode 3 comes out. i could see this acting like a saxxy

Nope!

Scout can lift a giant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sign and the Medic can wield a solid marble bust of Hippocrates as easily as a roughly 10 pound bonesaw. I can ALMOST see it not being a Spy weapon, but it could work. I see this as a Stock reskin, not a completely new weapon.

I've got three words for you. Golden Frying Pan. ALL the classes can use it. Sure not everyone has one, but it is an all class weapon.

Which means it blocks that class' unique feature. Something I think you will find valve only will allow because... as i said... promotional item.

ok (TF2 kids need to goto school) i get what your saying but the heavy CAN hold a train crossing sign so i think it fits and tf2 dosent have lots of logic so i can see building with a crowbar as well i mean its a tool. And if your talking logic my friend how can somone build by hiting something with a wench or a hammer (necro smasher) or building with a trophy or even a golden frying pan!

Spy-Saxxy and Golden Frying Pan.
Heavy-Every single all class melee.

Point conceded, most all-class weapons weapons are not for Spy and Engineer. Just remember that it is possible for them to be.
