Solar Panel Alignment Script [BROKEN]
While searching for the sun, rotates the wrong way.
Hey there, i have been having this problem with your alignment script ever since i started using it a few days ago.

I am currently using a one rotor setup, in a survival single player world. I am using realism settings and a 18 hour day cycle. No mods are installed, everything is vanilla. I have also made sure everything is owned by me.

What happens is while searching for the sun, it always rotates in the wrong direction. It seems to swivel from side to side, and even if the solar panel gains more juice from one side of the swivel, it continues going in the direction that gives less power. Untill eventually it's in panick mode and then goes into hibernation mode while looking directly away from the sun.

Sometimes however, when it gets into the hibernating state, it will all of a sudden know where the sun is, and do a single continious rotor turn towards the sun and idle when it reaches the full average output value (I have changed this down to 115 rather then 199 so i have a bit of a margin and don't need it to be exactly on spot)

I have taken two screenshots to demonstrate:
Because steam wont let me put photos on here i am going to use links.

1. This is how it was when i first entered the world: First Image[s11.postimg.org]

2. After trying to find the sun, this is where it stopped.First Image[s17.postimg.org]

So at the moment, the only way to get round this is to turn off the timer block, and manually adjust the rotor to the right position. Which well kinda defeats the whole point of the script lol

I hope to hear from you soon, have a good day.

As stated in the comments section of the script, "[...] it seems that Keen's recent updates have broken this script, even when using the newly exposed values. I'm rewriting the script completely so that I may (or may not) find a workaround for that."

Aha yes, didnt see that part when writing this. Alpha eh?

I am a programmer and i am going to start looking through the script myself, if i find anything useful i'll let you know through github. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes can do wonders.

Yeah, sometimes it's quite annoying. Yet, I should not complain because I basically signed up for that by creating a script for a game which is still in (early?) alpha.

Thanks, that's very much appreciated.
