it wouldnt be bad, how about insted of inducing laughter it stunned them ( Bonk! ) for 2
seconds and it couldnt stun them for 10 seconds? ( crits no damage | no random crits when using wepon | crits induce Bonk! stun | crits caused by punching from behind or medics kritzkenburg uber )
