I guess I should have also mentioned armor here lmao. I am just curious since I know there are a good amount of buffs. I would really like to figure out their rarity, and what they all are in general.

Their rarities are even. There is no weighing whatsoever, all perks have an equal chance of being obtained.

Also: List of perks so far:

Vanilla:

Aerodynamic (Chestplate or Wings only)
+0.2s flight time

Arcane (Equipment)
+20 maximum mana
+4 mana regeneration

Armored (Equipment)
+3 defense
+1% damage reduction

Army of One (Summon Weapons)
Minions get stronger every time they are summoned but only one can be spawned
Might break some minions, especially ones that already do this

Attrition Orbs (All Weapons)
Dealing continuous damage with this weapon generates heart pick-ups

Bodkin Points (Certain Bows and Dart Weapons only)
Critical strikes or piercing attacks causes this weapon's projectiles to bounce between enemies

Burning Ambition (All Weapons)
Dealing continuous damage with this weapon inflicts a stacking damage over time
Dealing further damage slowly builds up this debuff
At max stacks, the afflicted target ignites

Counterattack (Melee Weapons)
Taking more than 200 damage in a single hit will increase the damage of your next attack by 400%

Deepsight (Helmets only)
Grants night vision
Emit a feint glow

Dragonfly (Non-Summon Weapons)
Critical strikes cause an explosion
Has a short cooldown before being usable again

Efficient Magic (Magic Weapons)
Reduces mana usage the closer you are to running out of mana

Fragile Focus (All Weapons)
Deal increased damage the higher your health is

Gun Witch (Certain Guns only)
Dealing damage with this weapon recovers mana
Recovered mana is 10% of damage dealt rounded up

High-Impact Reserves (Mana-Using, Bard, and Thrower Weapons)
Deal increased damage the lower your mana is

Jagged (Equipment)
+5 armor penetration

Jolting Feedback (All Weapons)
Dealing continuous damage with this weapon causes an electrical shock
Shock damage scales with weapon damage and attack speed

Kinetic Tremors (All Weapons)
Dealing continuous damage with this weapon causes a triple burst of tremors
Tremor damage scales with weapon damage and attack speed

Leader (Equipment)
+5% whip range

Menacing (Equipment)
Enemies are less likely to target you

Mercenary (Equipment)
+2% damage
+2% critical strike chance

Precision Instrument (Non-Summon Weapons)
Critical strikes increase this weapon's damage for 2 seconds
Stacks up to 6 times for a total of +25%
Timer is refreshed upon dealing damage
This buff is lost upon switching weapons

Protect the Leader (Summon Weapons)
Decreases maximum life by 10 for each minion slot used by this weapon
Increases summon damage by 5% for each minion slot used by this weapon

Quick (Equipment)
+5% movement speed
+1 jump height

Recuperation (Leggings only)
Picking up item pick-ups heal 5 life

Rejuvenating (Equipment)
+5 maximum life
+1 life regeneration

Reservoir Burst (Mana-Using, Bard, and Thrower Weapons)
Deal increased damage the higher your mana is

Spiked (Equipment)
Attackers take damage 10% of the damage they dealt when hitting you
Stacks with other equipment with this perk and other sources of thorns

Target Lock (Non-Summon Weapons)
Non critical strikes increases critical strike chance by 1%
The buff is lost upon switching weapons or landing a critical hit

To the Bone (Pickaxes only)
Increases mining speed by 50% when breaking rocks and stone

Turret Syndrome (Sentries only)
Sentries attack twice as fast, but lasts a lot shorter

Under Pressure (All Weapons)
Deal increased damage the lower your health is

Violent (Equipment)
+4% attack speed
+8% knockback

Vorpal Weapon (All Weapons)
Damaging bosses or any of their segments or minions grants a temporary damage boost
The damage boost is 25% and lasts for 2 seconds, but can be refreshed

Whirlwind Blade (Melee Weapons)
Dealing melee damage at close ranges slowly increases melee damage
Capped at 30% damage increase


Thorium:

Better Already (Leggings only)
Picking up a healing pick-up grants life recovery for 2 seconds

Circle of Life (All Weapons)
Increases this weapon's damage by 25% shortly after healing an ally

Elemental Capacitor (Bard Weapons)
Increases stats based on instrument type
Wind: Grants a very weak homing effect
Brass: Increased empowerment range by 30 tiles
String: Projectiles bounce 1 extra time
Percussion: Increased critical strike damage by 15%
Electronic: Increased empowerment duration by 2 seconds

Engrossing (Equipment)
+2s empowerment duration
Increased empowerment range

Helpful (Equipment)
+1 bonus healing

Music Enthusiast (Non-Bard Weapons)
Increases this weapon's damage based on the user's active empowerments
Each empowerment grants 1-4% increased damage based on its level

Protective (Equipment)
+5 shield

Rock Hard (String Instruments only)
Critical strikes trigger this string intrument's tile collision effects

Shared Harvest (Scythes only)
Gaining soul essence generates 3 homing souls that heal nearby allies
The souls will home in and attack enemies if no allies are nearby

Smite (Scythes only)
Indirect critical hits generate soul essence
Direct critical hits grant extra soul essence


Calamity:

Behind the Bush (Non-Rogue and Thrower Weapons)
This weapon can perform stealth strikes

Silent (Equipment)
+8% stealth generation
+5 maximum stealth

Surprise Attack (Rogue Weapons only)
Stealth strikes shortly after reaching max stealth increases stealth generation
Can be chained indefinitely but the proc window becomes tighter each time


Secrets of the Shadows:

Devour (Void Weapons only)
Killing or attacking mobs below 50% life heal life and void
Healed amount varies on the maximum life of the devoured mob

Soulbound (Equipment)
+20 maximum void
+2 void regeneration
