But just to know what to expect: Are there things you just know already you cant do in a mod? Like change images in Diplomatic mode for ex

The list of things you can't do is so big, that it is easier to list thing you can do. If you're interested in something specifi feel free to ask.
But for example - no changing of 3d models is possible. Only retexturing alreaddy in game ones
