Tug of War is finished as you can see in game or read about in the F.A.Q. If you speak about finding a way to play it like in the show, like you can imagine, it can't be done in a single level. Remember we speak about a game from 20 years old, this is not our own game where we can write and script new feature and code functions to the game engine.

To play something similar of the show, you have to find a way of making a third party LUA addon that can do the job, but this has nothing to do with level-design itself, so not our part of job.
