However, if you face an enemy that has killed you twice without you managing to kill it even once, your character would still piss themselves upon seeing it. On the other hand, if you’ve killed an enemy twice and it’s killed you twice, nothing happens—unless your health is low, in which case, the fear kicks in again, and your character pisses themselves. It’s a dynamic system that reflects your journey and struggles in the game.

Of course, your character shouldn’t have an infinite supply of urine. It would be great to have a manual option, like pressing ‘P’ to piss on command. This could serve practical purposes, such as extinguishing lava or even saving your life in dire situations, turning it into a genuinely useful skill.
