Define "whole map open"

As it stands, the game runs into major issues if you have more than 300 planets; custom galactic conquest let's you pick between your factions from the ground up, the standard galactic progressive map and a specific influence map (I think that's in RevRev, I know it's in FoTR)

There's also a special app bundled with the game where you can swap out what map you want to play, like playing TR's progressives instead of RevRev
