Event suggestion to vary gameplay dynamics
Chemical weapons are engineered to be heavier than air so that they sink in to bunkers.
If the gas sunk down like it logically should, it would force players to a high spot instead of just holing up underground, and then force them underground later.

It would just be a lot more interesting imo, instead of a one-size-fits-all solution.
