Hot-wiring doesn't seem to work
After many attempts, I cannot hot-wire cars as it always fails (burglar), would it be this mod? I don't have any other mods that affect this.

Not very sure about this, but I think it depends on your mechanics and electricity skills. In my playthrough now with 3 electric and 3 mechanics I hotwire cars in the first try.

You maybe just got unlucky, sometimes it takes a while to actually start the car.
