OFFICIAL GUIDE
Here is official guide. It contains spoilers. You do not need to read this to play if you like mystery.

Earning money

1. Pick up trash
2. As mechanic, fix cars in car shops
3. As doctor or nurse right click on wounded people and choose Heal
4. as lumberjack, collect logs in log containers
5. as policeman shoot bad people
6. as fireman, extinguish fire
7. as park ranger, visit forest and deep forest, also clean forests by foraging items in the forest that should not be there.
8. as a fitness instructor perform exercises close to other people.
9. as a fisherman, you can put fish into fridges in restaurant kitchens to get money

Spending money

In a shop, take things and you will pay 10 times the encumbrance of the item. Do not put items in the shop, because when you take them you will be charged.

In gas stations take fuel.

NPC aggression

Intrusion
Trespassing leads to NPCs shouting on you, feelings scared or attacking you. Trespassing is in residential houses but also storage rooms of some buildings. Use common reason. Warning: not all rooms are properly zones by game developers, this will lead to false recognition in this mod. Report problems with exact room location

Some occupations may allow you to enter some rooms.

Theft
Taking things in some buildings which are not shops is stealing. Taking things outside is always ok. Taking things in your home or in a house party is ok. Again false recognition may occur. Hard to test all 10000 buildings in the game. A garage is a separate building and may not be recognized as your home.

Violence
Aiming weapon is threat, attacking with a weapon aswell. Breaking building or car windows, hotwiring cars too. Use common sense.

You are not allowed to defend against NPC if you have initiated the aggression. Don't call this self-defense. However in your base you are allowed to kill anyone. You are allowed to defend against bandits obviously. Friendlies will ignore aiming threat is bandits are very close. But once they are dead you must quickly abandon combat. Right now it is very risky.

Starting babe is always loyal to you even if you are the aggressor against other people.

If violence is wittnessed by another NPC, police is called. If policeman is attacked/killed SWAT team arrives.

Paramedics always come if NPC dies. They cannot revive anyone atm.

Final Solution

After the week the world is nuked. Nukes can be disabled in sandbox options or by performing a special mission in the game which you will learn about from you dreams.

After nuclear strikes, destruction of almost everything in the map happens. The places which a hit by nukes are radioactive. This will last for 90 days. You can survive in the basement if you have resources. It might be boring but you will have visitors in the meantime. Additionally, If you use hazmat suit, you may go out. I guess this is a super hardcore challenge.
