You will need a Rescue Saw for this.

AG17 key is at the Airfield, 2nd floor of the rightmost building when you enter the airfield by the entrance. There is a destroyable door, break it and enter the room, you will find the key.

Enter AG-17 by the Radar Station entrance. Once inside, move a bit further and search carefully, you will find a RS2 key, which is the key to the locked door on the top of the Radar Station building--- inside the Satellite Dish, which contains the AG-18 key.
I haven't explored further at this point so I don't know where the AG-19 key is, I assume its on the original position?

Old Bunker key is in the mansion, in one of the rooms with a destroyable door. You'll also need a Rescue Saw for that.

You need White Fuse for the Power Boxes. These open the "No Power" doors once you complete fixing all Power Boxes required for it.

Where are all of the power boxes in the whole bunker and palace area. ive been searching for house and cant seem to find them

That is exacly what i need to know where and how many are there yk

the fuse box at fort knell is behind the convenience store, and the fuse box at Point Lima is on the back of the farthest main building.

Sorry, I really forgot for the others, but I do know there's like 3 for Tamara Complex and the old bunker if I'm not wrong. Not sure about the Point Lima and Fort Knell, because I barely go to these locations since I'm not a big fan of Western weapon loot, and I didnt reach the point of getting Biohazard suits for Fort Knell deadzone.

For the Radar telescope, one is on the back of the dish, past the red door you need a key for, the other is on an electric poll - follow the power lines heading away from the main structure.
