Error with colonists on different floors

Miner on main floor do not, e.x, go to cellar to complete miner jobs on my end (this also goes for construction workers, etc.)

Although unusual, if colonist needs to sleep, he will go to main floor to sleep.

Is there a setting I am missing in Mod Options or something like that?
