Hi, is the sanity meter an actual bar in the needs tab?

The void monolith was just activated in my game, but I don't see anything indicating a pawn's sanity anywhere. Is this intended or is my game bugged?

It says it on the description, when sanity hits bellow 95%, it will appear, remember that under 90% there is no passive regen
