Issue with prisoners side mission
I thought it would be a good idea to use the BTR, that I captures in this side mission, to get the prisoners to base instead of air taxi, because the main target would be on the way back for the air taxi. So I let 8 prisoners take place in this BTR and me and another two ai soldiers was driving back to the base. About half on the way (something about 5 min driving) the prisoners vanished during the drive and I got the message that no one or less than 8 prisoners got to the base and the mission failed.

What you have encountered is the prisoner side mission timeout after 40 minutes. It doesn't matter if a player has control over them, the mission simply ends.
I'll add a check if a player has control for the next version.

You can download the official 3.61 release, the link above should no longer work (well, I have updated the link, it is the same as the official 3.61 release :))
