Regarding the English translation.

Unfortunately, we cannot do this for several reasons.

First of all, we have to fix all technical problems - interface, code and some gameplay issues.

Secondly, we need to add new content - new focus branches for countries, new mechanics, new story branches, etc.

Thirdly, we need to work on regions outside the Great Motherland (in reality it's USSR/Russia). In particular, we should tackle Europe and Siberia.

Therefore, we cannot add English in the near future. Nevertheless we will take care of it, but not at the alpha stage. Wait for the beta and our appearance on Reddit.
